UNPROFESSIONAL, RUDE STAFF AT LESEDI

We were at Lesedi at 4 on the 21 June the staff that is by the entrace in the tent are very unprofessional they will tell you that in order for you to get full good service you must come in the morning and they lie saying the line is full whilst their waiting to knock off so the next doctor who comes at 7 pm come to attend people who came around 4... the other nurse even said she doesn't feel sorry for us, they sit next to the heater that is supposed to be for patients saying there is no extension, the nurse who is xhosa is so rude will tell you she doesn't search names on the patient's portfolio, she wants surnames. I just dont understand why must we get the treatment we run away from at public hospitals.
