Unpaid bills

Good day

I was admitted in DR SK Matseke Memorial hospital, I visited the Casualty in 05/12/2017 and the doctor send me to do an Xray for the abdomen scan so they didn’t send the claim in time at the medical aid, the medical aid rejected the claim as it was send after 120 days. They called me and told me that as a patient I am liable to pay the account while they did not do what they were supposed to do and I was told last year September about the claim. Please assist me resolving this matter as now I am handed over to their attorney
