Terrible Service by Staff

I arrived to a very disturbing scene at Lesedi,when visiting my niece today.She was bleeding through her mouth and nose... she was in an immense pain and crying... but before i arrived this is what happened.The nurse assisting was laughing saying that she's a big baby... .. she even told people in the ward that my niece is a "Spoilt Brat"...my niece had told the nurse that she thinks she was going to have an asthma attach cause she could not breathe and the nurse said "How do you know that,are you now self diagnosing yourself ? ".When my niece told her that she's actually asthmatic she was then surprised n only assisted her then.When my niece told me all of this i confronted her and she apologized to her saying she was only playing with her.She said my niece should have told her that she didnt like what she was saying.. like really.The nurse's name is Pinky from Surgical Ward 1.Is this the treatment a person must receive in a hospital ?
