promise to investigate
I wrote a complaint regarding the service I received two weeks ago. I got an email from hello peter that stated that I will be contacted by the marketing manager of Lesedi private hospital to investigate. Till today I am still waiting for the call.its now over 14 working days. That is still bad service.
