Poorest service

My husband was admitted on thursday 4th July at night, and discharged in monday the 10th. He was never given a gown to change until i brought it so he can change. He suffers from ulcers but his diet was never considered. They use plastic cups for patients, the nurses are not there to help after 20:00. My husband hand was swollen because of a drip they never changed where it was initially inserted until the day before he was discharged. He had to seat for about half an hour outside theatre whilst the doctors were discussing their own lives. Food there is disgusting, i dont understand why they even give a menu, when what u ordered cannot be provided. I had to bring food from home. There was an elderly gentleman in the same ward as my husband, he fell in the shower and no one was even aware that he had been there until my hubby noticed that the water was no more running n he was there for too long. To his suprise when he opened the door the old man was on the floor. He then assisted him to the bed which was soaking wet because of urine. Only when he told the nurse on duty that his bed was changed, but then he noticed that after all this the old man was asleep the whole day n night as if he was drugged. The ladies that bring the food in the ward dont even bother to push in the table so the patient can seat properly n eat. They are very rude. I can never recommend this hospital to anyone. Ever
