Poor service,no emergency worse than public hospital

<p>My younger brother was involved in an accident, we took him to lesedi private clinic hopping that he will be attended very soon , lo and behold we waited for more than 2 hours at casualty with no explanation what so ever. This is the worst service ever </p>
