poor service from Lesedi private hospital#sad

To whom it may concern,<br> I am writing to you with a broken heart,was admitted in Lesedi private hospital on the 2015-12-14 for bringing a new soul to the world and the service I got from the ward was unbearable,gave birth with a c-section and was not impressed with the attitude of the people working in that ward. My wound wasn't stitched properly and I wasn't told what to do with it as they discharge me on the 17th but when I got home I checked how my wound looked like OMG I cried ,it was horrible that you couldn't even looked at it. I called the hospital and told them that my wound has a blister and it's not stitched properly,then this midwife told to call the Dr first and if I don't get hold of the Dr then I should come to the hospital then I went.when I got there I found this nurse called Sbongile I explained to her my problem the she walked away from me to attend someone and I did not say a word then I waited for her for about 20 minutes to come back to me,guys remember I am still in pains can't even walk properly but had to stand there until one of the nurse came to take me to a room to wait there and I am with my baby.then asked her what did the Dr said then she walked again
