periods of waitin before being noticed!!!

I was referred to the hospital and whenni got to the main reception the lady there rudly told me to sit down without me asking anythng than I sat down I spent an hour sitting there without knowing where to go nb m in pain n can't breathe, but no one seemd to care, thnan 30min later the same lady Hlengiwe asks for ma id n medical aid than requires more information abt me than made me sit again..than she stood up n left ma file in the view of everyone , still I wasnt told anythng, than few min later I askd a passing nurse to assist me because I wasnt feelimg well n gave her the note my doc gave me n sh took me to a ward jst to find out that the beds weren't made up so I had 2 wait again whch made me angry, if ths is how ths hospital is run than I am ashamed, if ths is how people are treated her than I might as well went to a public hospita I am really disgusted, there no difference between ara n lesedi..it was my1st and last time here, gossiping is all what staff does here they dont care abt us.somem things need serious attention.<br>
