Neonatal ICU ward 6 is mistreating little babies!!

I am sooo disgusted and disappointed in the Neonatal ICU ward 6 at Lesedi hospital. My nephew who is a month old has been admitted for almost a month, and every week we hear the nurse did this and that. Today was the last nail to the coffin when the child was found with severe nappy rash. When the mom was sitting at visitors lounge, she could hear her baby cry for such a looong time and when she finally went in to see the child, the nurse had left the baby unattended and was not even in the ward. The other nurse was on her whatsapp. We are paying and we expect this to be a private hospital? I need this urgently attended to. cause when parents leave their kids there, they trusting that kids are in good hands! Nothing hurts like a mom being separated from her new born and that baby is treated like trash!! They better respond to this or we are willing to take it as far as radio and newspapers! Why are kids left crying for a long time? A sick baby? To cry for more than 30 minutes? Parents are afraid of reporting cause they afraid the nurses will abuse or mistreat the kids after! No!! This stops now.
