Lack of compassion, appalling service

<p>"At Clinix, we strive for service excellence. Your feedback will help us in ensuring that your stay with Clinix is a great one!" - This is what your caption says, however this all lies. I just went to hello peter and the rating of Lesedi Hospital is 2-stars. I read the reviews, and i got as far back as 2015, most of them for bad service. If Lesedi strives so much for services excellence, why is it that to this date, October 2016, this service excellence is still not achieved and instead it's getting worse. Which means nothing is done about the patient reviews. My 80 year old granny was admitted at Lesedi on 29-Oct and when i went to visit the next day late at 7pm, i was appalled to learn that she was not bathed on that day. She is a sick patient and it's scorching hot, the least they could do is be hygiene conscious and bath patients who cant bath themselves. My granny was sitting so uncomfortably on the bed, none of the nurses thought to ask her if she is OK and assist her. Only when we got there did she get assisted, because we helped her. The patient next to my granny was calling for help, literally shouting "Please help me" and the nurse just looked at him and told the patient to sit still. This is so APPALLING and INHUMANE. What has happened to Lesedi???? Instead they are succeeding in changing the name, why cant they succeed in changing the way they care for patients and actually be nurses and doctors. The nurses attitude is so bad, and i just feel like my granny should be admitted into another hospital because those nurses lack compassion. Why do people become nurses if they are going to treat sick people like this. I am mortified. Some call Lesedi Bara extension, and to some extent I agree but even Bara nurses bath their patients. The standard has dropped so much, but the prices keep going up.</p>
