hospital manager does not care!!!!

<p>I was admitted at Lesedi “Private” Hospital on Saturday afternoon and my experience was beyond horrible!!! Someone needs to teach the hospital what customer services is since the staff and their management are the same. They admitted me because my gynaecologist DR Baba was on standby on Sunday and was going to come see on Sunday afternoon but she never came, without a reason being communicated to me and when I phoned the hospital managers office on Monday morning for a complaint, Sue promised to get Dr Baba to call me and tell me what happened and to also get matron of ward 7 to call and apologise for the worst service that I got during my stay. I am still waiting for them to call. I WILL NEVER EVER GO TO THAT HOSPITAL AND WILL NEVER RECOMMEND ANYONE TO GO THERE!!!</p>
