Horrible service

<p>My son is scheduled for an operation on 06 July 2016 and it happened that I call the hospital to find out if there will be admission amount required on the day of the operation.</p> <p>I’m terribly disappointed by the way I was referred from pillar to post and worse the lines are not in proper working order this makes me wonder if my son will be well looked after on the day he’ll be visiting the hospital. the level of service received is below standard, I would expect this kind of service from public hospital</p> <p> I thought maybe at first I was imagining it but I called 5 times already , please see if this is attended to and given attention .This is a private hospital and I expect better service</p> <p>and people require immediate attention one could have died being send from Cape to Cairo. If I wanted poor service I could have gone to public hospital and in their instace I understand their frustration due to large influx of patience , there's no excuse for poor service. im even considering cancelling appointment for 06 July 2016</p> <p> </p>
