HORRIBLE is an understatement

The hospital refuses to admit my sister and remove the stent they had no problem inserting in the first place. This stent is 5 days overdue and that doesnt seems to phase anyone of the staff in that hospital.

I am surprised that this hospital is still referred to as a Private Hospital. I promise that we have had a better experiences from a public hospital before. I do not understand why we bother with this hospital, If we knew better we would have opted for another private hospital in Lenasia as we always have.

The reception area is not receptive and seems to not know anything that has to do with anything regarding the hospital, they dont know how to process admisions, they never know where their doctors are and are not proative in service, are unable to tell when a patient is frustrated.

The case manager Nomsa was very *********** that we had to literally gather the documents required by our medical for her and sit next to her to make sure she scans, emails and calls our medical aid.

When we arrived at her workstation she was eating fatcakes asking us information she is suppose to possess. I was shocked and utterly disgusted by her lack of interest and lack of sympathy over our distressing situation.

We had to run after the admitting docter for days just to have her complete a form required by our medical aid. Let me not even get started on the hygene of this hospital never mind a simple thing like chairs for visitors during visiting hours. The hospital has been so uncooperative that it has caused major delays in getting a mere authorisation, as I type we still have heard nothing from the hospital and my sister still has their stent inside her.
