Horrible and Terrible Service
<p>Was at Lesedi hospital yesterday the 15/11/2016 since i wasn't well and used the casualty side. So i opened a file so that i can be assisted and waited and the doctor that assisted me was so kind enough to apologise for the wait and explained that the rooms where full and i understood. He assisted me and did everything with pure passion and dignity and showed that he loved his job and make sure that i was okay at all times. blood was taken to do tests and check if there is anything wrong and all, after that he said i should come back the following day which is the 16/11/2016 and be there by 7am so that i be the first one to do everything before it gets busy. So today i get there and arrived just around 7:10 and i get greeted by the lovely nurse that assisted me yesterday with regards to opening a file. The nurse called the lab to find out about my results so that they know i am here and the doctor can assist. So they brought my results and when they were there i got called by one nurse who said i should go the waiting room and just wait for the doctor and i did so i sat there the whole time for almost about 30 minutes with no one saying anything or whats happening until i had to go back to the reception and ask and complain about sitting there for long. Than the doctor was just there standing and just said i should be given a triage and the other nurse said the doctor will come now, so i went back to the room as i waited another nurse came in and took my blood pressure, introduced herself after that the doctor just came and didn't even greet all she got there and just opened up the envelope with the results and said that here are my results and that i should just carry on taking my medication and than left me like that without explaining what the results say or whats wrong with me. When i came out i wasn't happy at all cause this is not the service one expects to receive from a person who deals with patients everyday and so early in the morning.</p> <p>At this moment i can still say that im still not well and i am becoming worse, i just wonder if anything happens to me will she have any heart and i just wonder if one of her family members was to be given such a service how would she feel. Lesedi Hospitals Service especially by the doctors is really bad, what are they basically teaching the nurses?</p>
