I must say my first 2 days here was a nightmare and the treatment I had received was condescending bit I must say we're all human at the end of the day n to error is human I just want to extend my sense of gratitude and iam thankful for being taken care off, been checked on and treated with decency and I must also thank joan for promising and delivering and for her efforts of making sure there are lesser complaints, she's always attentive and efficient and not forgetting sister nana she's a darling maan her listening skills, acknowledgedment and empathy I tell u ,u keep people like the one's I've just complimented at your hospital it will be a better place indeed
