Disgusting service

What a ********** experience I had. Firstly I was given a file with a wrong name even after the receptionist confirmed my child's name. Secondly this hospital is disorganized, the files did not correspond with the room numbers and the nurses kept on asking the same questions looking for patients that were clearly not in our room. My child was woken up at 23:00 to be given medication, no infact they brought the medication for me to give my child. As trained nurses I think that would be their job. When you called for assistance you were a nuisance to them, their attitudes stink you'd swear that they come from government hospitals and that time we're paying thousands of rands to get the service of being in a "private hospital", it clearly shows that this hospital is a ****. The food OMW, the food is serviced in plastic containers instead of plates and I don't know if it's because we're not actual patients that we're only there for our kids. I'd say that it's the nurses from ward 2 only but it's not, we went for an X-Ray and the energy there was not so welcoming. There are some good nurses especially from the night team. Terrence and Queen and some nurses are great unfortunately I didn't get all their names but the service at this hospital is deteriorating and it's disgusting. There's so much more I want to add. Honestly the staff needs to attend workshops because wow it's HEKTIC, I'm not sure if anything is going to be done about these negative reviews.
