Disgusting Service

Lesedi Private Hospital has turned out to be a public Hospital, the service its terrible starting from the reception on the casualty side. you wait for more than 45 min without anyone attending to you. going to the children's ward 2 the nurses are not friendly neither have TC for kids. They use one plastic container cup to feed all the kids with different medication they wash the cup in the basin were we all sleep with the kids, with the hand soap and wipe off with the hand towel. on the 06/12/2015 at night one kid fell from the bed and the problem is I didn't take down the nurses names that were on duty. They were blaming one another as the Parent of the kid wasn't there. and on the 08/12/2015 there was a kid who was very ill as there parents were not there the DR asked one nurse to feed the kid and she agreed after the Dr left she didn't, we as other kids parents did so. Even the emergency bell they don't attend to it one lady from the Lab said they will attend to it unless if the kid is loosing his/her breadth then that's an emergency but if the kid is vomiting or having diarrhea and is being weak its not an emergency. I will NEVER recommend Lesedi to anyone. Its TERRIBLE
