dirty gown.

<p>i was admitted on the 04/08/2016 and everything was fine until went to the toilet and one toilet was working, Ward 7 and we many with different sicknesses to use one toilet. management visited the ward and called maintanance to come to the matter was sorted but my concern is why was it not attend too before management came to ask how is our stay? not forgetting the noise when morning staff was coming in,some tv set couldnt switch off cubicle D. Then was scheduled for an lapscopy on the 01/09/2016 still ward 7 and was given a dirty gown really now for a private hospital to give a dirty gown , sent it back and was given a clean one by sister Mathenjwa but overall the staff was okay. Te kitchen the samp was cooked on the 05/08/2016 was not well cooked couldnt even finish it but i told the lady who was delivering.</p> <p>another thing before you leave the hospital before like in 2011 and 2013 they will give you a small questioner paper like survey to say your comments. they need to look to these things and improve. they are upgrading the hospital but if service is not upgraded then it wont be nice.</p>
