<p> </p> <p>On the 13th of October 2016, I fell and injured my right foot, I went to my GP who refered me to Dr Mjuza and he admitted me when I got to the reception that I need authorization as I'm on key care plan. the lady then advised that I go to casualty where i was assisted by Dr ZB Khubheka and BP Thabethe , to my surprise today the 25/10/2016 my husband receives an email that we owe Dr Gidzha . I'm angry because they all knew I'm on key care plus they didnt contact Discovery to find out what they need to give me and Dr Gidzha never came to check me all of a suuden I owe him for consultation , cratches and foot bandache . everything was on file why didn't they as Doctors check what plan I'm on and advise me what they can give me or not. What I see here i was taken advantage of because I was in pain . I will not pay for anything because had they did their job as Doctors they would have checked before hand.</p>
