BS service

I am beyond livid and disgusted that we pay for a service to be rendered to us and then you get *********** doctors that will just do as they please and not help you in any way whatsoever just so they can claim money and move on. on the 31st of December I took my son who is 8 months old into casualty as instructed by his pediatrician (Dr K Sebetseba ) he was at the hospital when we arrived and filled in the documents the lady assisting us asked if my son had a doctor he was seeing there, and I said yes and provided the name however she was not notified when we got there. Instead, we were given another doctor to attend my son which I didn’t have an issue with because I was under the assumption that my son's pediatrician is the one that asked him to see us but that was not the case. firstly, I would like to know why they asked if he has a doctor there if they are going to ignore the information provided, secondly why she was not contacted as we provided the information, and we were referred to casualty by her. Most importantly doctor S Carrim /Cassim is the one who decided to assist us. he misdiagnosed my son and give him incorrect medication that I had to pay for out of my pocket. Every single thing that I told the doctor he chooses to ignore; I went home and go super frustrated at Dr K Sebetseba because she cannot say come to the hospital then we get there, and you don’t see us. I then decided to call her and ask her why she would do such a thing when I was in a panic and to my surprise when I called her livid as hell, she said but I have been at the hospital all day since 7am I never received a call to say that you guys were at casualty can you please come back. we took a drive back to the hospital and to my surprise she was there. besides having to pay for a service and then not get it the worst part is that my son was misdiagnosed and given incorrect medication I then took it upon myself to go back to casualty and speak to doctor Cassim or Carrim and the level of disrespect is not even acceptable to animals, the arrogance and the lack of accountability he put my sons life in danger and couldn’t even say sorry because that was all that I was looking for someone to be accountable for the actions now I don’t want that apology I want to escalate this matter even to the Head of Health either he gets stripped of servicing clients and deal paperwork or sit at home cause he will end up with more dead bodies then healthy individuals . I will not take this laying down at all this man is a sad excuse to the medical industry honestly, I am just wondering how many people have been at a disserve due to the BS service that this man offers even worse how many individuals have lost their lives due to a misdiagnosis that was given by this man. I will not rest trust me. I will get my lawyer involved if need because this is my son that we are talking about. had I just left this matter and not made contact with my sons' doctor who knows where I would be with a sick child. Lesedi better call me to fix this BS of a service that they offer to paying clients.
