Beware of Aisha Christians and Aishas private properties.

Aisha christians contacted me last year when she saw my ads on gumtree to rent out my property. She introduced herself as an estate agent and says she sells properties and does rentals as well. She got tenants and I signed a five month lease with them. She took her agents commission of R2000 monthly and we had a deal. They weren't very good tenants as they failed to pay their utilities monthly and I had to buy them electricity even though it was excluded in our lease agreement. Fast forward 5 months laster when the tenants need to move out they told me they refuse to move out and they have no more money to pay rent. I contacted Aisha Christians and she responded that it's not her problem anymore and she can't deal with them and hung up the phone. She then blocked me on whatsapp and blocked my calls. I paid her 2k for 5 months and she tells me she can't assist me??!! I mailed her that I'm going to lodge a complaint at the EAAB and she responded and said: be my guest. I'm guessing she isn't even a registered agent to begin with. I'm sorry I ever dealt with this woman who got me the worst tenants imaginable and now won't assist with evicting them. I can't have these people cost me money for living on my property.

Please be weary of Aisha Christians and Aisha Private Properties. She takes your money then leave you with problematic tenants.
