Bad Services

On the 2rd of Jan 2023... My boyfriend went to lesedi private hospital to make an appointment on my behalf at Ampath I had to do an GTT2 test and the lady that helped him told him I need to be at the hospital at 08:00 the next morning... Next day we arrived at the hospital at 07:45 and the lady on duty told me that the lady that had to run the test was involved in a car accident this morning.... Which I totally understand cause you can't stop theses things from happening but you can't tell me that just cause that one lady was involved in an accident that business can't go on and people can't be help. A big hospital like lesedi only has one person to run the test which is highly impossible. Went to 3 other hospital hoping that they will be able to help me but unfortunately it goes by appointment. Just because of the bad services I received at lesedi hospital Ampath lab caused me to stay out of work for 2 days and believe you me will never use that hospitals lab again.
