Bad Service & Bad Attitude

This private hospital turned out to be worse than the public hospital across the road, namely Baragwanath Hospital . They were very slow and the reception with such a bad attitude and the Doctors just same whatsapp group more over it took them almost three hours to attend to my son as if they were doing me a favor i had to raise my voice to the male nurse who kept asking me the same question if i have been assisted and yet they all sitting in one place discussing DateMyFamily and Perfect Wedding......! Just two stitches to be removed i had to seat there for 3 hours! I would never recommend that hospital to no one!!!!! So disgusted!!
