Bad service all the time & it is still the same 10years later

I visited the hospital on the 20/04/2018. I did xrays however the report was not given due to Dr's who knock off @ 4:30 i went late. I requested the report to be emailed first thing on the 21/04/2018. I was further told its confidential only Drs are allower to recieve it. Your service is 0% im paying for those xrays unless the Dr is paying. What if i want to consult a different Dr. You have no sense of proffesionalism. I do not recal a day/month or a year where i received good service from you. Just so you know i shall be reversing that claim. The person who received the report shall be liable for the account. Nxaaaa rubish service
