Bad Service

Nurse Rivonia provided bad service and was unprofessional my son was admitted last week on the 19th October 2015 to the 22nd of October on the 20th my son was going for scan in the morning doctor gave 2 suppositories for 250 ml each , gave him drops to sedate him and when we got to the radiology hey gave him an injection immediately coming back from the scan the took blood from then nurse Rivonia came for another drip injection I politely asked her to give my son injection after 10 min she told me that I should have told the doctor that do I think she doesn't know how to her job she made noise in the ward for other patients to hear then she continued with the noise on the corridor for the whole day she didn't check my son and she was in charge of the ward then at around 4:30 pm my sons drip had an error and she was in the ward I asked her nicely to check it for me she laughed at me and went out I called for help she ignored my call as well I had to leave my son and go ask another nurse to assist if my son was dying was she going to laugh and leave him this is totally unprofessional and unacceptable if nurse have an argument with the parent why is the child have to suffer for that
