Bad communication and lack of response

This is about Lesedi Private Hospital from the Clinix group to be specific as I rate them 0. I gave birth at this hospital in Feb, I had to pay a R450 bed fee before and when I asked what was it for no 1 could answer me. I then emailed heir info email address to lodge an enquiry and Tamara Kondowe responded to say that they don't know why only 2 of he Clinix hospitals are charging patience these fees cause they are not supposed to. She said she will get back to me. I've followed up with her so many times and she just ignores me now. The other thing is their baby bag to all new mom who gave birth there, to date I have not received mine. I called the hospital on 19 Feb and was told I should come collect and I went there and was told that they are finished and will come end of March. When I took my baby there for her 6 weeks I also checked and was told to go to Puleng in Marketing who will call me. Indeed on the 24th March she called me in the afternoon and said I should come that day or the following day. I went there the following day only to be tokd she has left for the day and the bags are finished. I immediately sent an email to info and Tamara and to date I do not have any response from anyone. Maybe if Hello Peter can intervene, I'll get my response on both queries. 1. Why are we paying R450 for beds if our med aids covers the whole costs of our stay there? And 2. If they know the numbers of expecting mom's that goes to their hospital, why don't they have sufficient bags for everyone? I'm also not going to drive more than 25km per trip for the 3rd time just to collect a bag that is always out of stock, they must send the back to me this time.
