appaulling service for a 'private'hospital

<p>I am first time mom and i arrived at lesedi on a sa****ay afternoon and reception ladies were friendly and accomodating , they took me to ward 4 were the lady we found there was on a personal call instead of dropping the call and giving me her full attention she was attending to me with attitude and speaking on ther fone while doing my assessment .</p> <p>She took me to the room and still with attitude continued doing her assessment ,i asked her a question she was just blantutly rude.</p> <p>She left and another nurse came for night shift and she was even worse you would swear she was forced to come to work n wasnt getting paid for it i was in pain and noone was telling me how far along my cms were .Any eventually following morning i had c-section and i was moved to ward 7 were the morning staff was friendly but the evening nurse were rude, o was cold at night for two nights because i asked for a blanket and they never gave me one.</p> <p>Nothing is explained to you as a patient in terms of water is cold because of contsruction (it is winter)and the fact that we need to wake up and bath at this time because they bringing babies at a certain time.</p> <p>We pay alot of money for such horrible service even bara would have been better than the service i got in ward 4 when i arrived and the late shift staff in ward 7.i will never recommend this hospital to anyone and i will never come back there again my experience of having a baby for the 1st time was ruined and very traumatic .</p>
