Ex Employee- My experience with this company

Lesedi Nuclear Sevices- Centurion Ex Employee Review This is for any person looking to work for this company. They stage an image that this company is a big corporate company that compete with the big boys. They do win contracts by going in, with way lower quotes. How do they do that. Easy... they employ there employees (normally unemployed desperate persons) at way below standard salaries and then force the employee to work 12+ hours per day and weekends at no overtime pay. This they don't tell you in the interview.

Think carefully before signing an employment contract with them. Make sure you read it carefully. There is a escape clause for them, but not for you.
