Dispute on account - no response

I have had an outstanding query raised in January, dating for as far back as August last year. Despite numerous emails and telephone calls to the accounts department (Paul and Ynanda in particular), copying in their statements, complaints and mayor email details I have yet to be acknowledged let alone have my issue for a dispute of R1600 resolved. Incredibly frustrated!
