*******, useless and ridiculous

They can't do anything, at all.

They shove final notices in your mailbox even if you're always paid up. And they don't reply when you send them proof of payments of "unpaid bills".

So you're stuck not knowing what's happening, and waiting until they switch off your electricity for no reason.

No help after 8x mails and after 3x days. Useless and ridiculous.
