Complaint about ******* assistance

Waste removal assistance are always throwing the leftovers of the ******* from the ******* bins in the street.I once asked them to please not to dirtify our street.What bothers me the most is I'm the taxpayer,whose paying my rates and taxes timesouly and I don't have areas,I always pay the current account.I'm leaving same street with one of their colleagues,they always make sure that they put his ******* bin back to his yard.But our are being throwed to the pavement.In the suburbs they don't do that.My pavement is so damaged in such away that it was never plastered.When I try to talk some sense with them,they understood what I was saying.Few days later the driver of the truck called me a supervisor.Please Peter help me to sort out this matter.
