Beyond useless and spiteful municipality

This is the 4th-5th time this happened. Our power is of for 13 hours and 45 min now. Each time our power goes out but its not the whole area whose power is out its only the one side of the street that has no power. The entire other side of the same street as us have power and the entire neighbourhood have power its only the one side of the street that does not have power. The people living infront of us by the same street have power, the people behind us have power, the people to our left do not have power just like us, the rest of the neighbourhood have power but not us. Each time this happens we phone the fire dep or municipality and it takes them at least 8 hours to simply go to the pole near our house and simply swich on the power. Doesnt even take 15min to do this simple task but they show up 8-14 hours later!!! This is beyond spiteful! We still do not have any power!!! The other side of our street have power but our side of the same street do not have power. All they have to do is simply swich on the power and it takes them at least 8 hours to do this simple task. Its 13 hours and 45min now with no power and we are still waiting. Our food is defrosting. Our street is Coen Labuschagne in Rensburg! Our municipality is beyond spiteful and this is infinitely poor service!!!!
