Incorrect pricing on L R Disco 3 Brakes

Overcharged by 2 hours labour on replacing brake discs and front pads. Have called several dealers in SA. The code to use is 70.12./06 Whch is 1 hour labour as per LRSA. They used code 70.40.02/03 and charged 3 hours labour. Spoke to service manager - informed my wife something fishy going on, would get back to us and that had similar issues and foreman no longer working for them. Never gets back to us. I have to keep calling, told they are busy with it. Been a week. DP called me two days ago said looking into it. Service Manager then told me that dealers are charging up to 5 hours which is nonesense as dealers must subscribe to Land Rover SA policies on costing according to job codes. Also quoted me over P10K for rear wheel bearings. On having a break down in SA thought it was the bearings that had collapsed - nothing wrong with them, i would again have paid for something not needed. Told them about leaking in the car - said no problem. Found problem in SA - the conduits on the sunroof were blocked hence the leaking. Blew them clean - problem now gone. No value for money, will not use them again as no trust in their workmanship or costing policies.
