Lesedi funeral parlour my be closed

This company is a ****, well my mom joined this so called undertaker in 2014, and she passed away few days ago, since she joined 2014 she never claimed, when I went to them so that they can help bury my mom, they took me from pillar to post, the only thing they did was to collect my mom from the hospital to a rented mortuary, then they escorted me to home affairs for a death certificate only, my mom was paying for the maximum package but they told us that we need to pay R13 000 for the casket, also we need to pay R3900 for the grave, then on their side they'll pay R700, we must pay for our own transport, the list kept getting long, we had no choice but to use another funeral parlour, we are paying cash to bury our mother while she she paid full and even paid upfront, Lesedi must be closed because they don't have anything on their name, the car the used to fetch my mom from the mortuary was not even looking road worthy, this company is hard less, after 10 years of paying 30 something thousand, this company caused us deep pain in our trying time, instead when we wanted our mom moved from their mortuary they said we must first pay them R3000 before they release my mom, the pain these people caused us is very deep, I don't understand how can mortuary for 1 day cost R3000, the 10 years that my mom paid was in vain because as I'm writing this, these people did not help us in any way, community one thing I know is that when you pay for funeral parlour package, you pay so that you can have less stress, I'll come back to continue my review
