VERY POOR SERVICE!!

I have made my bookings with Lesedi Cultural Village made payment and all as per their request for the reservation, to my surprise i have just been told that they have closed and only open in Jan. I have wrote and phoned them for a refund and now they saying i can only get my money back in Jan 2021. I want Lesedi to pay back my money now not in Jan. I find this so ridiculous.
