I have been ****med!!!!

I have made my bookings with Aha central reservation for Lesedi cultural Village, I was hurried to make full payment and all, I did as per their request, on the 17-09-20 I was told that they have closed down and will only open in Jan 2021. I have asked for a refund since then and it is now January but still no update from them on when am I going to get my money back. I have been sending emails asking them about my refund but nothing. I just feel like this was just some kind of a **** because how do you explain them not saying anything to me like nothing. LESEDI PAY BACK MY MONEY, I WANT IT NOW.
