How difficut it is to just make a refund!!

I have made my bookings with Lesedi Cultural Village, made payment and all as per their request for the reservation, on the 17th i was told that they have closed and will only open in Jan 2021. I have asked for a refund since last week and still today i don't get any update from them on when am i going to get my money back. I have been sending emails asking them about my refund but nothing. Why is it so difficult for them to pay back my money.
