Horrific experience!!!

I booked a weekend stay at aha Lesedi Lodge, hoping for a peaceful cultural experience, but unfortunately, I was very disappointed. Despite our excitement, the stay was marred by excessive noise from other guests.

When we went to sleep, the noise from people in the neighboring area was unbearable. I called reception for help, and although they assured me that a security guard would be sent, no one arrived within the promised time. I called again, but the new staff member was unaware of the situation and promised further assistance, which never materialized.

Despite my repeated requests and efforts to resolve the issue, the noise continued unabated. I attempted to address the issue directly with the noisy guests, but they ignored our requests. My calls to reception went unanswered, and by 11:00 PM, the disturbance persisted, forcing us to leave the lodge and request a full refund.

It's disheartening to see such a beautiful place undermined by a lack of effective management and respect for other guests. We had high expectations for a relaxing getaway but instead encountered frustrating service and disregard for guest comfort. I will not be returning to Lesedi Lodge and cannot recommend it to others. It's disappointing that this once-promising destination has fallen short in such a significant way.
