False Advertising on Couple's Package!!

I made a booking with Lesedi Cultural Village for me and my partner, prior to the booking they told me about a special they have for couples. We paid 50% deposit, upon requesting for an updated invoice after a few days the special is no longer included. When enquiring I'm now told it's only for one day and not the rest of the days booked for. I immediately requested for a refund, was told their manager is not available for a whole week to authorize it, told them I will review them, they didn't care. A week later finally after it was "authorized" I was told it will take a few weeks for the refund to be processed, mind you they were informed I need to book somewhere else as it is holiday season and prices peak, I had to escalate the matter to their main office in order to receive my refund. All of a sudden a few weeks took only a few days after complaining like a mad woman and I was finally refunded. Their staff is not professional and not helpful at all, you will run around for your REFUND AFTER FALSE ADVERTISING.
