Les Bukus Panel Beaters was used for an incident which had taken place. It was the first I had heard of them. However i am well aware that spray painting doesn't usually take place unless the weather is good as i had taken my vehicle to a panel shop previously. That's what I had been told, so upon taking my vehicle there i was told that they would call me at 4.30pm and the weather wast too great as it was raining as well. At 4pm i hadn't been called and i decided to go to the shop. Upon arrival the shop was closing and the gentleman was quite ****y about returning my vehicle. They had sorted out the bumper however did a sloppy job and didn't polish it either. I took my car back that Tuesday and again they took the whole day to return it. When i received my vehicle back my rub was damaged. My car rattles since i took it in. I don't want to take it back again because the owner seems like as long as hes collected his money he doesn't care
