Zero service in loading yard

Worst service in the loading yard, bought 2 x garage doors on a Saturday, we had to load ourselves as staff just watched us without attempting to help or assist. When we asked for assistance with cement they looked at each other and after several minutes one decided got up with an attitude. Today again came for a 3rd door, same thing, zero assistance. Had to load myself once again, while 3 customers waited staff just stood there and chatted without any regard for customers.
