Zero service.

Zero instore assistance, but not surprised as I was warned about this beforehand from numerous people. Ordered the table I was sitting next to online as it was easier and cheaper. Delivery date said 26 July, item never arrived, called on 27th, no one knows what's happening they wil find out, get a email hours later saying they can't fulfill my order as they have run out of stock. Okay but I was literally sitting next to the item when i bought it. Anyway. I reply to the email asking for a redund. Nothing. Reply a day later asking again, nothing. Day after that I call, they put me on hold for 20min while they speak to finance department. Oh by the way, 1 day earlier I went in store to get my refund but as it was from another branch they couldn't help me, this after I asked if I could enquire about ab online refund in store, yes no problem. The gentleman helping me was helping 3 other customers at the same time. Anyway. Called again, they promised to call me back, nothing. Next day, called again, lady promised to call me back in 5 min, nothing. Still waiting...????????????
