You can order, but don't expect quick delivery or customer service

The Leroy Merlin experience is one of intense delight followed by repeated disappointment and frustration. They have gorgeous product at generally reasonable prices - unfortunately it's really hard to buy anything from them as they are either out of stock or unable to deliver on promises. Also, don't bother asking when there will be stock - the answer will be in 2 weeks, but that never happens.

Their online availability is also not a real reflection of what is truly available - so don't even bother looking there and then going to the store to buy it. You will have wasted your time and money.

We ordered and paid a substantial deposit on a kitchen and we have only experienced a nightmare to get it delivered to us. It's been more than 3 months and our kitchen is still being manufactured somewhere in France.

I know when you are in the store you want to order from them, but I urge you to not give into to this temptation. My advice is, rather go somewhere else.
