Wrong product received and no accountability. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY

This should have really gotten 0 stars, but unfortunately, that is not available. I emailed your "contact""email address and informed your company about the problem. I received a reply from Musa, saying that you will get hold of the seller to see what can be done. When I queried on why you have to contact the seller, I was told that "it is the process", I then reminded him that, according to the consumer protection act, Leroy Merlin is legally responsible, as the sale was between myself and you, with my payment being made to yourselves and not the seller. 48hrs later and I have yet to hear from anyone, so, here is my review, plus, all correspondence and proof of payment will be going to the NCC and the CGSO.
