Wrong Garage door delivered
I placed a online order for a 2550X2100 Garage roll-up door with them, after the promised 10 working days delivery time I had to phone them to ask where my Garage door is it took a other week before a delivery came with the wrong garage door a 2450X2100 door was delivered and now when I ask them to swap the door with the correct one I get only promises but no Garage door, I don't know how they expect I fit the smaller door in my garage opening. I need this to be resoved

23 Feb 2021, 15:23Thanks for your response, I would like to know when is this going to happen as this promise has been made by your customer consulted Desree Manganye that a Mr. Mpho from your Supply chain department will contact me to try and sort out this problem this was last week and up to today nothing has happened so now I would like to know are we going to resolve this issue, or must I contact my Lawyer and go the legal route for me to get the right product delivered this is in your hands, you tell me
