Would not recommend ordering online from Leroy Merlin. Absolute terrible service !!!!!!!!

Order was done on the 2nd of Dec to find after a week and a half that the order was out of stock, this after the website showed that the delivery was taking place on the 5th of Dec. a refund was promised, yet the refund has not been paid back to my account. Will appreciate if someone can assist. This entire process started on the 2nd of Dec 2024. After a lengthy process and numerous calls found that part of my order was out of stock. It was confirmed that the refund will be paid back to my account, YET NOTHING PROCESSED yet. I am so sick of calling and holding for hours to find that nothing gets done! Called today again and put on hold, and just cut off again!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
