WORST WORST WORST CUSTOMER EXPERIENCE

Don’t waste your money and time!!!

I placed an order for a couch on 23 Nov and the couch was supposed to arrive BY 8 Dec. The order was shipped on the 2nd. The couch never arrived and we received ZERO communication from Leroy Merlin. I called on the 9th only to be told the order will arrive BY the 14th. We again never received an update to state this?? I had a hunch and called again on the 12th to ensure that the order will arrive as stated and we were told that it will now arrive between the 14th and the 17th. Again, never received an update regarding this! We are leaving for holiday on the 16th so this is entirely unacceptable!! Had we known it would take this long for a LOCAL product to arrive we would never have placed the order! I have been on the phone with MULTIPLE call agents with ZERO assistance and the same excuse of “a manager will call you back”. And the manager never does! Yesterday after being on hold numerous times for a manager we were told the that the product will arrive on that day before 6pm. Which was “great news”. 5:45pm we received another call and were told that the truck with our order apparently broke down! They promised over and over again that the order will arrive between 12-3pm today and still nothing and no communication again! My calls are continuously dropped by agents and calls are never returned! DISGUSTING SERVICE AND MOST FRUSTRATING PROCESS EVER!!
