Worst Service EVER (leroy merlin Greenstone)

If I could make it a ZERO star rating I would have! =================================================== Misleading stock count on Internet (Showed 88 order 44 and only have 25). Damaged stock delivered and then the duty Manager(Eulanda Mauhunga) informs me that they can not send a 3rd delivery as they do not know if I will be happy. I requested to talk to some-one in a higher position as we do not want a refund but rather the stock that we paid for, but I was told that there is no one in a higher position than her in the store. She also informed me that they do sell damaged stock, as other customers will accept it(FIRST TIME IN MY LIFE I HEAR THAT ANY-ONE WILL BUY AND PAY FOR BROKEN OR DAMAGED PRODUCTS). On the first delivery 16-08-2024 out of the 44 units we ordered only 25 boards were delivered and we sent back 5 damaged boards. Second delivery on 28-08-2024 outstanding 24 boards were delivered and I had to send back 18 that were damaged. Out of the 18 boards 4 boards were from the first 5 damaged boards returned on 16-08-2024. Now I am told they will refund us rather than help with undamaged boards as they can not do a third delivery but are willing to send a truck for a 3rd time to collect. (How do you transport thin PVC ceiling boards on a crane truck and think they will not get damaged?)
