WORST SERVICE EVER- LACK OF COMMUNICATION AND PROFESSIONALISM

I placed an online order on the 22.12.2024 , on the 23rd of December, I received an sms that delivery will be on the 27.12.2023- Around 13;00pm on the day I called to find out as to how far the delivery was and I was told that they were on their way, I followed up again at 15;00 & 17;00 and I received the same response and that they work until 18;00 so they should still be on their way- we waited until 19;00pm at the construction site, with workers who gets paid daily -thus a loss on my side- with no communication from their side whatsoever- I laid a complaint the following day and the warehouse Manager Lebohang promised that they will be delivering shortly - Delivery arrived , however, with missing items - I called again to notify them of this and I was told that they were not aware that the order was split and that the remaining items were scheduled to be delivered on Monday 30.12.2024 - No delivery happened on Monday, again no communication from their side, they only delivered on Friday the 3rd of January STILL WITH MISSING ITEMS- even after I made them aware of thi*****eney Pietersen- sent me an email to say their system indicates that the order was delivered - In response , I mailed her the delivery note ( for her to see what was delivered) and the invoice ( to see what was ordered , paid for and not delivered) - up till today 09.01.2025 -I still haven't received any response from them, no apology, no accountability, no responsibility whatsoever. This is by far the worst service I have ever received from a company.
