Worst service ever experienced!

Been messed around so badly by this company from holding on for extended periods over the phone to consultants and even managers not bothering to get back to me with my problem for more than two weeks now. I had to physically drive to the store to get attention and even that was a bad experience as management were too busy to assist me. I was eventually given a number of a manager who was supposed to call me back, no call, and when I tried to call him the number I was given turned out to be a fax signal. Probably the worst service I have experienced from a company ever!
